Kelsie and Nash’s wedding day was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern romance, celebrating both their Catholic faith and their love for a beautifully styled celebration.

Though the couple now lives in Iowa, their hearts (and families) are rooted in Indianapolis — and we were honored to help bring their stationery vision to life remotely. Designing for long-distance couples is something we do often, and it’s always a joy to collaborate virtually and see everything come together so seamlessly on the big day.

The couple exchanged vows at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, a historic Indianapolis gem filled with old-world charm and stunning stained glass. Their ceremony was classic, reverent, and deeply personal — a reflection of their wish to keep everything about their day traditional and timeless.

Following the ceremony, guests made their way to the Biltwell Event Center, where the reception space was transformed into a lush, candlelit garden. Greenery cascaded across every table, accented by soft white florals and sparkling crystals that caught the light beautifully. Every detail felt warm and inviting, yet elegant and refined.

Their stationery suite carried that same sense of effortless sophistication. Black and white with touches of gold, it featured a custom calligraphy “KN” monogram that became a unifying thread throughout the day — appearing on their foil-pressed invitations, wax seals, ceremony booklets, and even menus and reception signage.

Guests found their seats in the most creative way — by visiting a champagne wall, where each glass was topped with a round escort tag displaying their name and table number. It was both playful and practical — and a beautiful way to kick off the celebration.
Every moment of Kelsie and Nash’s day reflected their desire for something elegant, meaningful, and deeply personal — proof that timeless design truly never goes out of style.

Did You Know?
The Biltwell Event Center, located in downtown Indianapolis, was originally built in 1922 as a window and door factory for the Adams-Rogers Company. After decades as a manufacturing space, it was lovingly restored and reopened as a wedding and event venue in 2015. Today, it’s one of the city’s most beloved backdrops for couples who want a blend of industrial character and refined elegance.

If there’s one word to describe Monika and Ross’s winter wedding at River House at Odette’s, it would be magnetic. Every detail of their January celebration was rich, romantic, and filled with personality — the perfect reflection of this fun-loving couple.

The ceremony took place in the venue’s breathtaking glass-walled room, where floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the Delaware River and Lambertville landscape. The natural winter light poured in beautifully, setting the scene for a heartfelt exchange of vows surrounded by family and friends.

Their color palette — a striking mix of cranberry red, black, and white — created a sophisticated winter feel with just the right amount of drama.
One of the most memorable design moments? The couple’s creative seating display, featuring a custom wooden wall adorned with a sign that read “It’s About Shucking Time.” Each escort card was paired with an oyster shell collected by the couple, adding a personal and coastal touch that guests absolutely loved.

Inside the reception, every table was a scene of pure elegance. Guests were greeted with rich black 8" round menus, printed with shimmery antique gold lettering — perfectly resting on gold chargers and bold red napkins. Textured black linens, towering floral arrangements of red and white blooms, and dozens of glowing taper candles created a moody, romantic ambiance for the evening.

And of course, the couple’s sense of humor shone through even at the bar — their signature cocktails were cheekily named “Peck on the Cheeks” and “Gimme Some Mo’.”

Every element of Monika and Ross’s day blended luxury with personality — a winter wedding to remember at one of Pennsylvania’s most stunning riverfront venues.
