We're seeing a shift in wedding stationery trends here in the Indianapolis area, and we're loving it!

Some of the most popular requests among our 2018 wedding clients are...

BOLD COLORS
Think emerald green, gem tones, sapphire blue, ultraviolet and various purple hues! Pops of bold colors are being requested in varying elements of wedding invitations, and we are L-O-V-I-N-G it!

LASER CUT ELEMENTS
From pocket folders to belly bands, the options available for laser cut wedding invitations are endless. Laser cut elements constructed of other materials (wood, acrylic) are also being incorporated into signage, place settings, and even backdrops - our favorite wedding trend as of late.
The fun thing about laser cut items is that they pair well with any wedding style. Indianapolis has so many wonderful wedding venues - historic barns, industrial downtown lofts, gorgeous mansions - and laser cut items pair perfectly with them all!

METALLIC CALLIGRAPHY
Blending two of the hottest wedding stationery trends - hand calligraphy and metallics - has been a popular request among our brides this year. Talk about a 'wow' factor when your wedding invitation arrives to your guests' mailboxes - SWOON!

We also have to give accolades to a lovely up-and-coming wedding photographer here in the Indianapolis area, Rakoteet Photography. We recently collaborated with her at Laurel Hall in the heart of Indy, and the wedding photos were featured on Strictly Weddings this week! The details of this event were breathtaking, and we were so honored to contribute the wedding invitations and paperie details. Thanks for capturing them so perfectly, Rakoteet Photography!

WEDDING TRENDS

If you tuned into IndyStyle earlier this morning, you likely caught the wedding segment by Boldly Chic Events. Do those girls know wedding trends, or what? They showcased so many gorgeous and emerging wedding details, alongside some of our acrylic and laser cut elements. We always love working with our favorite Indianapolis event planners, so we were so excited to get the call to contribute. Great job, ladies!
