Christina and Trevor had originally planned their wedding for New Year's Eve 2020. Enter Covid and allll the restrictions.
They gracefully pivoted and regrouped, and rescheduled their wedding day for December 2021. Christina remained as cool as a cucumber through the whole process! This couple never skipped a beat and never let Covid put a wrench in their special day, no matter the wedding date that ultimately made the calendar.
They gracefully pivoted and regrouped, and rescheduled their wedding day for December 2021. Christina remained as cool as a cucumber through the whole process! This couple never skipped a beat and never let Covid put a wrench in their special day, no matter the wedding date that ultimately made the calendar.
Their wedding style was a cool and elegant as Christina and Trevor themselves. The bride and groom selected a traditional black, ivory and gold wedding color palette. For their wedding invitations, we combined flat printed Black matte ink with small Gold Foil details - such as the monogram, as well as the couple's names. We bundled all of the stacked invitation cards into a Black shimmer paper band with a Gold Foil stamped monogram. Their mailing envelope featured a calligraphy font to coordinate with their wedding invitation.

For their ceremony program, we created a lovely flat panel, double sided card to mimic the same style of their beloved wedding invitation. We carried over their signature Gold Foil stamped monogram, Gold foil stamped names, and elegant double border.

Aren't the bridal party bouquets absolute perfection? Pomp & Bloom always knocks it out the ballpark with her gorgeous floral selections and pairings. Gina truly knows her stuff when it comes to wedding flowers. If you're planning a wedding in Central Indiana, we highly recommend chatting with her about your wedding flowers!

The Omni Severin exterior is a popular spot for wedding photos. This spot embodies the beauty and colors of downtown Indy perfectly. For a December day, the weather cooperated and it provided warmer than usual temperatures! We love all of the bridal party and bride and groom photos that 604 Studios captured before the ceremony.

The Omni Severin wedding venue provides a great ceremony space for Central Indianapolis weddings. The ornate space features grand chandeliers, alongside lots of white walls and bright lighting. Only minimal decor is needed in a beautiful space like this!

The bride and groom opted to have a large wedding sign printed that featured the evening's order of events. This kept guests informed of the event times, to be sure they didn't miss out on any of the evening's notable happenings. Pomp & Bloom lended more lovely flowers to accent this beautiful wedding welcome sign.

The wedding reception featured a mix of tall wedding floral centerpieces and low floral arrangements. The abundance of white florals flowed perfectly with the Omni Severin's bright interior tones. The gold chiavari chairs accented the Omni's ornate gold details.

The gold chargers and black napkins polished off the wedding table decor. The bride and groom provided each guest with a detailed dinner menu. The flat panle menu card tucked into the napkin, and featured a combination of Gold Foil stamped printing and flat matte Black ink, as well as the couple's elegant border they had previously used on their wedding invitations and wedding ceremony programs. Each place setting also had a simple tented place card with each guest's name on the front, as well as a subtle meal code incorporated into the design. (This helps the caterer know which entree each guest had pre-selected via their mailed response card!)

The cake by Moist Cake Co. was absolutely incredible. The beautiful hand painted marbling detail and Gold Leaf accents were a perfect combination, and complimented the rest of the decor and the wedding venue perfectly. Just a few florals from Pomp & Bloom were placed on top to complete the elegant look.

The couple gifted each guest a beautiful leather luggage tag as a wedding favor. Custom tags were created with a "Thank You" note from the couple, which we tied onto each luggage tag favor. Of course, the couple incorporated their lovely Gold Foil stamped monogram on these!

Congrats, Christina and Trevor! It was such a joy and a pleasure creating all of your custom wedding stationery.
Wishing you many, many years of wedded bliss!

Modern and chic with bohemian elements lightly infused.
That's how we would describe the wedding style of Katie and Bryan's special day. Both their wedding ceremony and wedding reception were held at the Biltwell Event Center in downtown Indianapolis. This event venue accented the couple's modern, moody wedding style to perfection!
Their wedding invitation suite featured flat printing on White cotton cardstock, with their names in a beautiful handwritten font as the header. The main text featured a clean and classic serif font, keeping the font size small - the abundance of white space is key to creating a crisp, modern invitation (a little design tip)! We printed their details card on a Soft Blush cotton cardstock, and kept the included details to a minimum. They utilized their website to relay most information to guests to cut back on the clutter of details within their wedding invitation suite. Their envelope liner featured a custom sketched botanical pattern printed in a Soft Blush tone. Their custom wedding invitation suite may have been minimalist, but the beauty in the fonts and subtle botanical details infused the perfect balance of elegance.

For wedding day, their bridal party donned a lovely combo of Soft Blush bridesmaid dresses and Old Blue suits for the Groom and groomsmen. The bride selected a custom couture wedding gown from the ever popular Indianapolis bridal shop, Marie Gabriel Couture. Is this not the loveliest color palette for a bridal party?? They all look stunning!

Katie and Bryan were diligent about coordinating all of their wedding signage to their printed wedding paper products. We created a welcome sign for their wedding ceremony space, guiding guests to the designated ceremony seating area. The sign was flat printed on a White acrylic board. Woven Blooms dressed up the sign with lovely Boho floral elements. We love that this wedding welcome sign is simple enough that it can be repurposed to a home decor piece for the newlyweds.

For more boho wedding inspiration, check out Katie's custom bridal bouquet by Woven Blooms. The protea takes center stage in the center of the bouquet, with a lovely blend of boho and classic florals surrounding it. Not to mention, the floral colors are a spot-on match to Katie and Bryan's chosen color palette.

One of the main focal points of the evening was the grand seating card display. Seating cards rested on a custom bifold Blush Pink wall. We added custom laser cut wording in Rose Gold at the top, with more custom floral elements from Woven Bloom incorporated next to the custom laser cut wording. A cozy sofa, fun throw pillows and floral installations at floor level finished off this custom display's inviting look!

Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour, and then made their way into Biltwell's reception space. They were greeted by more modern boho floral details, Soft Blush table linens and Soft Peach napkins with Gold napkin rings. Each table featured a clear acrylic table number with White lettering and an Espresso stained wood base. Each place setting included a custom menu printed on White cotton cardstock. Each menu featured a colored place card adhered to the top, and listed only the entree the guest had previously chosen via their response card (taking the guesswork out of dinner).
The couple elevated their reception table style with custom gold rimmed chargers and gold flatware. Vintage style votive candles at each table added soft candelight throughout the reception space.

After a full evening of dancing to the live band, guests made their way out side to form a farewell exit line for the bride and groom. Guests waved sparklers as Katie and Bryan made their grand exit out of the Biltwell Event Center. What a perfect way to cap a fun-filled wedding celebration! Congrats, Katie and Bryan!

September is a gorgeous month for weddings here in central Indiana. The summer days still linger, with most days being warm and sunny. That rang true for our clients, Reagan and George, and their wedding day at The Woodstock Club on Indianapolis near North side. The Woodstock Club is picturesque with its beautiful golf greens and endless tree lines. What a perfect spot for an end-of-summer wedding in Indianapolis!

Reagan and George selected a beautiful wedding color palette of Dusty Blue and Soft Ivory. They infused these lovely colors into everything, including their watercololr monogram crest, custom wedding invitations with gorgeous Dusty Blue chiffon ribbon, lush wedding flowers and wedding reception centerpieces, favor box stickers, and even the bridesmaids' attire. The colors are such soft hues, it never overpowered the wedding day and they paired nicely with the soft tones of The Woodstock Club.

To tie in the summery vibes of the wedding setting, an abundance of greenery was added into the wedding florals. The centerpieces especially boasted the extra greenery! We love how all of the wedding floral details turned out. They truly elevated the space. The bride and groom also chose to keep the wedding florals soft and neutral, with mostly Soft Ivory and a touch of light Blush Pinks, saving the Dusty Blue hues for their linens and other wedding decor.

Another elegant touch that Reagan and George added to their reception space were the detailed rentals. They selected gold chiavari chairs, soft Ivory table linens, and Dusty Blue satin napkins from A Classic Party Rental. Also provided by A Classic Party Rental were the gorgeous gold rimmed plates and gold tableware. (If you are in need of any linens or other rentals for your wedding or event, we highly recommend A Classic! They have the best selection in Indianapolis.)

Another show-stopping element to Reagan an George's wedding day was this incredible wedding cake, designed by Classic Cakes. I love how they used darker blues alongside the couple's main palette of Dusty Blue - it makes the details on the cake really pop! To top it off, they used more of their soft and lush florals as a cake topper.

Each table number was displayed in a floating glass frame with gold edging. Every guest had a personalized calligraphy place card at their plate. To designate their meal selections (pre-selected via their RSVP cards), we tied on ribbons of varying colors - gold, dusty blue, and gray. All colors tied in nicely with the decor with guests none the wiser that the ribbons varied! (When we do meal codes, we find it's important that the design variations flow well with the decor, and not detract from it!)

The mother of the groom baked her signature cookies to serve as the wedding favors. They were iced in dusty blue buttercream icing, and boxed individually in clear favor boxes. They were then sealed shut with Soft Blue satin ribbon and a monogram sticker. We love that Reagan and George used their custom watercolor monogram crest throughout so many elements in their wedding stationery! It is truly a work of art and a keepsake they will be able to use and cherish for all their years.

This wedding was a fairytale come to life. From their save the dates, to their custom watercolor wedding invitations, to all of their lovely wedding day paper, it was such a pleasure working with Reagan and George. They had a true love and appreciation for wedding paper, making our job so much more enjoyable (when our clients love what we do, everything just clicks!).
We are wishing the happy couple the biggest congratulations and best wishes! We adore you both!
