There’s something magical about a downtown Indianapolis wedding in December—crisp air, warm lighting, and an unmistakable sense of elegance in every detail.

For Christina & Trevor, their celebration at the historic Omni Severin Hotel embodied all of that and more. Their day felt timeless, refined, and beautifully wintery in the most sophisticated way.

Captured by 604 Studios, planned with stunning floral artistry by Pomp & Bloom, and elevated with luxe stationery from Interprintations, this wedding was a perfect blend of classic romance and modern refinement.

A Perfect Setting for a Winter Wedding

The Omni Severin is known for its opulence—grand ballrooms, sweeping drapery, warm candlelight, and an atmosphere that effortlessly suits a formal winter celebration.

On this chilly December day, the venue wrapped guests in a cozy, golden glow that felt beautifully intimate and festive.
Christina & Trevor leaned into that inherent elegance, choosing a palette and aesthetic that honored the venue’s classic architecture.

Elegant Florals in White and Green

Pomp & Bloom created a floral design that was nothing short of breathtaking.
The couple opted for an all-white floral palette, accented with rich greenery that added texture and depth without overpowering the simplicity of the color story.

The arrangements varied across the reception space:
  • Towering floral stands that added height and drama
  • Vintage gold compotes overflowing with soft, romantic blooms
  • Matching florals used to adorn the welcome sign, tying every vignette together
The effect was crisp, timeless, and perfectly reflective of Christina & Trevor’s winter vision.

Cake, Music & Atmosphere

Their modern white wedding cake—crafted by Moist Cake Co.—featured delicate gold marbling, a subtle detail that beautifully echoed the ballroom’s warm tones and the couple’s stationery suite.

For the dance floor, Cloud Nine Party Services kept the celebration lively well into the night, bringing energy and excitement to the reception.

The Stationery Story
** Designed by Interprintations

Christina & Trevor’s paper goods were rooted in classic beauty, much like the rest of their day.

✨ A Timeless Black-and-White Invitation Suite
Their invitations were clean and refined, featuring:
...a black-and-white palette
...timeless serif and script fonts
...a custom monogram that set the foundation for their day-of paper story

Minimal yet elevated—perfect for a formal winter affair.

✨ Gold Foil Menus That Glowed in the Ballroom
At each place setting, guests found menus adorned with gold foil details.
Inside the Omni Severin’s ballroom, these menus absolutely glimmered, catching the candlelight and adding richness to each tablescape.
They were the perfect finishing touch—both functional and undeniably luxurious.

A Celebration Filled With Warmth, Style, and Joy

Despite the chill outside, Christina & Trevor’s wedding felt warm and full of heart. Every detail—from the towering florals to the polished black-and-white invitations—reflected their classic style and their love for timeless, elegant design.

Their winter wedding was not only beautiful in the moment, but will remain forever timeless in the photographs and memories it created!
