While we may be located in the central Indiana / Indianapolis / Brownsburg area, we serve customers in all locations. We love working with wedding clients remotely! Rachel and Brendan came to us from Cincinnati, Ohio with a need for custom designed pocketfold wedding invitations, and wedding day signage and stationery.

Rachel was envisioning her wedding invitations having a very soft, elegant and traditional feel. We settled on a Soft ivory shimmer metallic pocket folder for the base of the invitation. We printed her invitation, response card and details card on Soft Ivory cotton cardstock. We combined flat printing and Gold Foil stamped elements throughout the wedding invitation suite. The invitation pocket folder was held closed by a delicate Blush Pink silk ribbon and a custom monogrammed Antique Gold wax seal.

Rachel and Brendan carried their custom ornate frame monogram throughout their wedding day elements. The menu cards featured the baroque monogram stamped in Gold Foil at the top, adding an elevated look to each guest's place setting. We absolutely love the way Brittany Bays captured their custom wedding menu cards in the stunning flat low photo below!

The couple chose the beautiful St. Francis Xavier Church in Cincinnati, Ohio for their wedding ceremony location. This church is stunning! The couple held a full mass wedding ceremony, and provided guests full mass wedding program booklets - allowing them to follow along with the full wedding mass rituals, wedding songs, wedding readings and responses. The wedding program booklets also provided guests with other useful details, such as the wedding party lineup and directions to the wedding reception venue.

Rachel and Brendan's wedding guests were guided to their reception tables by a custom wedding seating chart. The seating chart was flat printed in white PVC and featured each guest's name in alphabetical order, accompanied by their reception table assignment. The seating chart was displayed on a simple metal easel stand provided by the wedding venue, The Spot on West 5th.

Guests were greeted with glasses of champagne upon arrival at cocktail hour. Tables were adorned with mercury glass votives, floating candles in hurricanes, greenery garland covered tables, and a variation of tall centerpieces and low floral arrangements atop the wedding reception tables. The wedding flowers consisted of a lovely blend of Soft White and Blush Pink floral tones, along with subtle greenery.

For their sweets table, we created a handful of frosted acrylic signs labeling each of the cupcake flavors offered. The signs were UV printed in white (no low quality vinyl lettering here!), allowing the acrylic signs to blend in well with the decor, instead of standing out too much! We also carried over the frosted signs into their bar areas. Their frosted acrylic wedding signs at the bar featured the wine & beer offerings, as well as the couple's signature drink descriptions.

I spy a fun use for the couple's monogram - a custom light installation! Don't you love how their monogram is so prevalant at their wedding reception? It's a great way to personlize and dress up your wedding reception venue, especially if there is a lot of blank wall space to fill up.

The lighting and ambiance inside The Spot on West 5th, the couple's wedding venue, served the best evening lighting for their wedding reception. The candlelight looked divine - and we can't get over how the light hits all of their gold foil printed elements. Hello again, pretty menu cards!

This bride and groom were a dream to work with, and we loved translating their wedding style into custom wedding stationery. The finished products were a perfect addition to their perfect wedding day in downtown Cincinnati. Congratulations, Rachel and Brendan!
